: In her best selling book “The Boredom Box,” Jessie teaches kids that there is entertainment everywhere in the amazing world around us. We need to find a balance with the TV and video games and kids must learn to PLAY! In this assembly, Jessie introduces creative games and activities the kids can play at home instead of just gluing themselves to the couch. Relay races, kick the can, amazing things to do with rubber gloves, traditions, exciting service activities, things to do in the car… and so many more! This assembly will be one the kids will never forget! They will want to run home and tell their family- “let’s play!”

Bio
Jessie has been a professional speaker for seven years, she has toured to 36 states with the broadway musical “Footloose.” Jessie has released 5 music CD’s, authored 5 motivational books and has founded an entire organization dedicated to helping people live their best life- The Ivy Foundation (check out www.ivygirlacademy.com for the most recent addition to the Ivy Foundation project list.) Jessie has a passion for speaking and performing- she loves to inspire young humans through music, humor and vivid stories!
